INTRODUCTION

This training will inform and enhance your effectiveness both personally and professionally. It offers a series of simple tools and exercises to approach the Archetypes; working with the body, the heart and the mind to activate your potential and stimulate meaningful change for your desired future.

Archetypes are the underlying patterns of human nature and experience. They often invisibly “run the show” as they are embedded in our mindset, behaviour and deeply rooted in our values.

Archetypes at WorkTM is an experiential learning methodology for you and your team to become future-fit.

It offers a comprehensive framework to recognize and understand how we and others act. The better we understand these patterns and the more consciously we use them, the more meaning, impact and joy we will be in our personal and professional lives.

ABOUT ALI OLIVIER

Ali was born and living in London until five years ago when she moved to Barcelona looking for a new adventure.

Her professional training includes First Class degree in Psychology (Bsc), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Yoga and Mindfulness, and Creative Arts Therapy (Music, Art and Dance).

As a professional coach she helps you create the life you had dreamt of abroad, to discover your true purpose and to enable you to live a life of more meaning and fulfillment.
