About Nadine March

Nadine was born in Barcelona and lives in Palafrugell, a coastal fisher’s town with beautiful views and golden sand beach. She loves to spend time with her family feeling the freedom of being near the sea.

She is half Spanish, half German. This decided her Translator and Interpreting career choice, but her experience as a volunteer made she aware and changed her path.

Since then she has developed her coaching skills by working as a Career Counsellor in different consultancy companies, accredited as NLP facilitator and completed a Postgraduate in Executive and Personal Coaching and a Master’s Degree in Work, Labour Relations and Human Resources.

As a Career Coach she has an honest, non-judgmental and understanding approach and worked through issues with design thinking tools to come up with tangible, practical solutions and alternatives that could be implemented within a short space of time to produce a positive result.

She is a storytelling lover. She likes to hear life stories from others, make questions and share exercises that provide insights, new perspectives and magical “aha” moments.
