Sex and intimacy during menopause – The workshop series
SEX AND INTIMACY DURING MENOPAUSE – THE WORKSHOP SERIES
Menopause or the Climacteric affects all women at some point, very personally, and affects all those in her world in one way or another. For so long it has been a taboo topic, treated medically like a disease, and something that women ‘suffer’ in silence and with shame, dread and guilt. This Workshop Series has been designed to shine a light on the real purpose of menopause, and to help women understand and create greater sex and intimacy in their lives moving forward into the third phase of life as a woman. We will look at the myths, realities and different perspectives along with solutions to creating the love, connection, sex and intimacy that we deserve.
Who is this course for?
Women in perimenopause or menopause (Climacteric) who want to understand the changes they are going through. Our desire is to give them more clarity and hand them some tools to enable them to move through this ‘second adolescence’ in a healthy and conscious way.
5 important learnings you will get if you come:
- Understanding what Climacteric is, with its experiences, symptoms and possible effects
- Develop an understanding of what you want and need at this point in your life
- Practical ways to create connection in your relationships while experiencing the emotional changes during Climacteric
- Redefine who you are as a sexual and emotional woman in this 3rd phase of life
- Practical strategies for improving sex and intimacy in your life
