“Ikigai 101: Find Your Ikigai and Transform Your Life! ”

The answer you´re looking for is: “Ikigai”.
Ikigai is a traditional japanese concept that means: “the reason why you get up in the morning, the reason why you exist and the realization of it”.
This course is about finding your Ikigai – identifying your purpose and using this knowledge to achieve greater happiness, satisfaction and meaning in your life.
