1.1. Shipping Policy

1.1.1. Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, even though the shipping processing time may vary depending on the brand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

1.1.2. Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our website offers products from different vendors. The shipping price will be calculated according to the different shipping prices from each vendor.

The shipping rates we are displaying in the checkout are standard shipping rates. If you wish to have express shipping, please contact us at info@planetvenus.rocks for further details and rates.

1.2. Return and Refund Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any goods that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to DepotNL Concept Stores S.L., Carrer Bruc 149, 08037 Barcelona.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Planet Venus, accessible from www.planetvenus.rocks

  • You or means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1.2.1. Your Order Cancellation or Transfer Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

You MUST notify Us of your desire to transfer or cancel IN WRITING within 14-days. Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: info@planetvenus.rocks

1.2.2. Refund Policy:
We will refund You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

No refund is due to you if you request it after the 14-day guarantee time limit has passed. 

1.2.3. Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days

  • The Goods aren’t used or damaged.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

1.2.4. Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

2.1. Amendments or cancellation by Planet Venus 

  1. In case of unforeseen circumstances, Planet Venus reserves the right to modify the programme up to the day of the Event. Regrettably, this means no refunds or credit-notes can be issued in line with the cancellation policy. 

  2.  Cancellation: If unforeseen circumstances cause Planet Venus to cancel an Event You will be informed as soon as possible and a full registration fee refund will be made. 

  3. Cancellation: If, for any reason, Planet Venus has to cancel an Event, Planet Venus accepts no responsibility for covering travel, hotel or other costs incurred for participation.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any Events that You purchased with Us.

2.2. Your Order Cancellation or Transfer Rights

2.2.1. Transfer Rights

  1. If you are unable to attend an Event you have the right to Transfer your ticket at no additional cost. 

  2. All requests for Transfer must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with the name and contact email for both the registered and the replacement attendee: info@planetvenus.rocks

  3. Changes will become effective on the date of written confirmation 

2.2.2. Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellations Requests MUST be sent via email (VERBAL requests are NOT accepted) to the following address: info@planetvenus.rocks 

The following cancellations charges apply: 

  1. 4+ weeks notice: Full refund 

  2. 3-4 weeks notice: 60% refund 

  3. 2-3 weeks notice: 40% refund 

  4. 0-2 weeks notice: No refund 

  5. Failure to attend: No refund 

We will refund You as applicable no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive your cancellation email. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Prices and Payment Policy

Changing fees 

We reserve the right at any time, to change any fees or charges for using any services provided on the Service (or to begin charging fees for any free service), provided that such changes will not apply to fees or charges paid or free services used prior to the time of the change. 

Payment

You agree to pay the fees for content that You purchase, and you authorize us to charge You or process means of payment (such as using Payment Gateways) for those fees. Planet Venus works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods. 

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
